Daniela is an experienced consultant, nonprofit leader, and former teacher. Her recent work includes partnering with an urban district to improve early childhood special education, supporting the startup up of a new nonprofit aimed at expanding equitable access to broadband, and facilitating the update of a statewide framework for school counseling. Daniela previously served as Chief of Staff at Teach.org, a national nonprofit recruiting the next generation of teachers. She also drove internal improvement efforts at The Hunt Institute, which works to inform policymakers on key education issues, and led the policy and management research team at Public Impact, an education consulting firm. She began her career as a first grade teacher in New York City.

Daniela loves being active, whether pushing through a WOD at her Crossfit gym, coaching her son’s soccer team, or walking her property in search of the Easter eggs the kids didn’t find.

She can recite all 10 amendments in the Bill of Rights - in song - thanks to Mr. Glick and her 4th grade chorus.
