Hannah Farrel

Hannah is an experienced strategy consultant and former teacher with a background in organizational change management and training initiatives. She recently partnered with both Visalia Unified School District (CA) and Midland Independent School District (TX) to develop and share district-wide strategic plans. She is also supporting the NYC Department of Education to improve their due process procedures for special education students. Hannah previously worked at Deloitte, where she  guided clients through complex transformations. Prior to her role at Deloitte, Hannah served as a consultant for Williams Company, where she led life cycle programming, including the development and implementation of intern and early career programs. Hannah began her career as a math and science teacher in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
