Namratha Bharadwaj

Namratha is an experienced management consultant and former teacher, with close to 15 years of experience across both. Her recent work includes supporting NYC Department of Education (DOE) in reimagining how they administer due process for special education and supporting Providence Public School District to conduct a comprehensive review of administrative processes around early childhood special education. Previously, Namratha worked as a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting, where she led many strategy and process transformation projects, collaborating with techno- functional teams to gather detailed requirements, develop strategic initiatives, redesign operations and implement leading solutions to improve efficiencies.  As a teacher at Newark Charter School, Namratha taught chemistry, engineering and science across high school and middle school, covering a wide range of course levels including special education, honors and advanced placement. Namratha is passionate about improving student outcomes and uses her combined experiences in consulting and education to help infuse a constant flow of staff and student empathy that inspires decision making.
