Terry Denoyer

Terry is a co-founder of Thru and management consultant of 20+ years to school districts, federal agencies and higher education institutions. He is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA, CXA) who worked previously as a Director at Gartner for over a decade. Terry takes a human-centered approach to our work, building a deep understanding of stakeholders’ experiences and district business processes. Working closely with superintendents and chiefs, Terry also advises in strategic planning settings where people, process and technology play a role in PK-12 central office operations. Some of his past partners include U.S. District Courts (NY and RI) in matters of special education class action litigation; school districts like Ector County Independent School District (TX), Providence Public Schools (RI), Austin Independent School District (TX), New York City DOE, Broward County Public Schools (FL), and Fulton County Schools (GA); and universities like MIT and NYU.
