Our Approach
Our role as consultants is to manage the details and facilitate the planning effort, so the district team is freed to participate fully in each step of the strategic planning process.
We lead the coordination of outreach to the community, facilitating engagement as appropriate to the landscape.
Data is gathered from the many voices and is analyzed and presented to district leaders. Additional engagement activities may include focus groups of parents, surveys, and district workshops.

A roadmap is co-created to lay out the key initiatives the district must undertake in the coming years to achieve its mission. The draft plan is socialized with the community and feedback is incorporated before being finalized.
